>>45142686Update on progress made last night. Eterna Gym went swimmingly thanks to Cidal the Monferno, Monadina the Ponyta, and Selanar the Mothim (who evolved after beating one of the gym trainers).
Unfortunately, Jupiter's Skuntank proved a problem for my team. I lead the battle with Sutifi the Luxio hoping to take advantage of Rivalry and hopefully get paralysis with Spark. I didn't get it, and Skuntank 2KOd her. The rest of the battle was a team effort, with Thralmik the Bronzor confusing Skuntank (a wasted effort), Selanar stealing Skuntank's Sitrus Berry with Bug Bite, and Cidal eventually punching the foe to death. Monadina came in before Cidal, but got destroyed by a crit.
