Giving pokemon a tinted crystalline texture over they're body should have been enough but for whatever reason they made them wear these ridiculous crowns that are a minimum 60% the size of their entire body. There no way those things survived a single focus group testing, they definitely just made them like that knowing the game would sell anyway
