They meant to have the Ralts line be a human-like Pokemon, they forgot to put in in the egg group since its conception. I mean...look at Kirlia. This thing fits perfectly for the "Human-Like" egg group more than it does the "Amorphous" egg group. It is "They are fully bipedal, standing and walking on two legs. They also possess arms with which they could manipulate objects or deliver blows." its even designed off a human ballerina. Idk, it feels like it was always supposed to be in the "Human-Like" egg group.
