I used the Rhydon in my screenshot against a 2200 Blissey and only had 5 seconds left when it fainted, so anything above 2200 is a no go, meaning Rhydon is pretty useless against Blissey for the most part.
I've tried a few Pokemon against Blissey, but the only thing that came close to killing the 3K one was my Dragonite

Blissey is fucking ridiculous, just avoid them until it gets nerfed unless it's below 2500CP or you have a Dragonbreath Dragonite.
