>>47355275>considering writingThen just fucking write. You could write about a topic no one here will read but if you enjoy your autism that's all that matters for something you don't plan to profit from (money, recognition, or otherwise). Just don't spam it places like that one first-rough-drafts-only story with a yanderedev-tier author. Write to an audience; your audience can be yourself, /vpwt/, or some other community(s) that ends up enjoying your writing. If you end up sharing your writing then accept critiques about grammar and the way you went about explaining things while (likely, but not always) retaining the purpose of the lines being addressed. That is if you plan to write a serious novel about serious topics for serious readers.
I'm saying stuff about writing instead of the ideas you've proposed because I personally, as an individual, don't like what you've proposed to write about at face value. I'm a shitposter with an awfully small attention span who likes to read and write extended shitposts and action, and I'm a newfag to this thread. Basically I don't belong here with people who write long well written chapters reguarly, but they shouldn't change their writing for someone who is not their target audience or even decided to start the resident classics around here yet. Drawn out explanations about politics and real world problems applied to a world I have no investment in doesn't seem like something I would force myself to read, but you shouldn't appeal to me just because I'm someone who responded to you. However, those ideas I don't like on paper could be written about in a way I like them and I just haven't seen the way you write about those ideas yet. You have ideas so write about them. If you or an audience ends up liking it keep going.
tl;dr Just fucking write.
>"hurr durr, Pokémon in the real world cringe durr"You've already insulted your own work before it was even made. Don't do that.
