My only experience with Digimon is the Cyber Sleuth games so genuine question - is there an "origin" of Digimon that is consistent to the lore of all the games that explains what they are? Or are they all entirely seperate?
I know Cyber Sleuth very briefly has the digital world and I remember hearing that was part of the show as a kid. Is it the same digital world? If so, is it another dimension, or rather, what makes it "digital"?
