It's super fluffy but I don't want them going with the obvious Ice Typing like they did for Ninetales. So hey, here's a thought. It's called "Windie" in Japanese and a lot of its lore revolves around it running as fast as the wind; that's why it gets Extremespeed. How about Mono Flying? It could be sky blue, with white mane fashioned to look like clouds, and the tiger stripes replaced with a windy spiral pattern.
Or, they could go Flying/Electric, changing the zig-zag stripes on it to look like lightning and giving it an overall stormy grey-black coloration.
