Probopass needs fucking Charge Beam to differenciate itself from the more direct offensive Magnezone as different trapper and Charge Beam trapper, mostly because Sub Salac Magnezone has to rely only on Magnet Rise while Probopass has Rock Polish and more alright balk including the advantage of resisting Fake Out better.
I expected it learing Charge Beam because of the way it evolves and the Electric type affinity but of course it was fucked up...
