There's multiple reasons and people at fault for why this happened. QB DID make it clear that they needed to be posted in that thread, but there were pieces of dialog made before that thread was, and if the author of those dialogs no longer visted these threads, they would have never been added to the thread no matter what, and sam is right in that it would better the game to include the ones that weren't posted in that thread.
Regardless, stop focusing on what DID happen, and start focusing on what we should do NEXT to prevent this from occurring again.
We need a central location where EVERYBODY can dump EVERYBODIES dialog. Like a dropbox or wiki page. The blank templates should be posted there, and it should be linked in the links post with the soundcloud and map dropbox. On the same note, since you need an account to edit wikis, I propose we make a public wiki account for people to use so they don't have to sign up if they don't already have one.
Regarding the dialog that wasn't surveyed, here's what I propose: Since QB did make it clear that it needed to be posted in the thread, we stick to that, but pawter can make minor changes so it doesn't suck. HOWEVER, we treat the other dialog templates like designs that never get surveyed: Even though the "mon" is confirmed, the unsurveyed designs can be surveyed against the confirmed one after confirmation.
In terms of the current situation, that means next demo, we redo the dialog survey for these areas, using the wiki page or dropbox which will have those templates that weren't surveyed added.
