A truly forgettable pokemon is:
1) Exclusive to the version that sold the least
2) Competitively mediocre
3) Rare, with few to no trainers using it
4) A non-unique typing
5) Unimportant in other Pokemon mediums
But since nothing meets *all* of those requisites I'll go with pic related.
