4: Gen 4 was the worst. I don't care about leaf green or fire red, but pearl and diamond were fucking awful. It is the only game I haven't managed to finish. No pokemon has managed to have such a boring fucking delivery of story, or such a small fucking pokemon pool to choose from. It's awful.
