Ok. So i have come to my brothers for help. This is my shoulder bro and i wanted to make him as viable as possible. I.E. movesets and evs. I was thinking Attack/speed evs, and possible move sets of either hone claws, rock blast knock off and x-scissor, or hone claws knock off cross poison and aquajet.
