Mawile seems to be ok,but I want to wait a decent moveset before saying anyway.
The only thing I can say for sure now about her that
she's cute as fuck,I love cutemonsNow I'm in Slateport waiting to fight Team Magma,and I've catched a stupid little blade wolf. Until she learns a special move she's by all means useless.

While her SpDef is pretty low,Gengar has a really shit moveset.
As long as you bring a few awakenings to stop Dreameater you'll be fine. Remember that Ghost is still physical in gen 2.
