Victreebels are a "common" rare spawn near me, the 3 i caught were babies and shitty the one that was like level 25 was mediorce. Of the 5 dragonites i caught by me, 4 were babies and were 53,73,87,89 and 98% the four aerocraptyls were 70-86%.
