The current solution with Smogon is just move the
"unwanted" to ubers. Where you have shitters determined to good for OU, because of fear of updating. Who are not good enough for the legit legendries.
While moving the meta, is just that.
What was good now is not the same as it was before. And with powercreep, these new mons will be better then the old mons. But they are not ubers tier yet
