I don't watch the anime but according to the dex he always has food on him and is always willing to share. Plus I always have a bag to keep things in wherever I go and a free delivery service! He can also act like a mobile fridge being able to store drinks in his tail and use his ice powers to keep them cold. This makes him the ultimate party Pokemon. He also seems like an overall really happy and social creature.
