Perish Song should be on Politoed instead of Endeavor, and I don't know what the fuck I'm doing with Zapdos and Latias but I needed a smogbird switch-in and a hazard cleaner.

Swampert's EV spread is definitive, 156 with Adamant nature lets it outspeed Timid M-Sceptile in rain. I might replace Rain Dance by Superpower since I don't find myself using it a lot.
The main pokemon I'm not sure of are Latias and Zapdos. Zapdos can learn Defog, HP Ice, Roost, Heat Wave, Rain Dance, and I just don't know what to use to make it optimal.
Latias' EV spread is Smogon approved, yes
