You use 8x Kasib to make a donut that has Item Power Berries and Big Haul. You want level 3 of at least one of the two, with both being ideal.
Then you hop into a medium 4* and do laps completing every taks and opening every pokeball, including the golden.
You end up getting like 70 of the top berries, and very likely over 8 Kasibs, so you can do it again right away.
