So here's an explanation for each.
Champions: no explanation
Player Characters: if they count red, you can always do the others, just give them all thee starters and 3 regional mons, or the rival teams for ones like Brendan/May and Calem/Serena
Rivals: Blue is champion and Cheren is a leader, I put N there because he doesn't fit anywhere else, plus he's friendly in BW2
all leaders: self-explanatory
Elite 4: if the champions are willing to leave why not the E4?
executives: all the higher ups but not the leaders
leaders: the head honchos. Giovanni might be tricky but oh well. You can also just say they atoned for their crimes
professors: doesn't really work but whatever
facilities: all the frontier brains, subway people, maison people, as well as the trainers from the battle tower(riley, cheryl, etc)
It would just be awesome to have all these boss characters with even levels and competitive teams without having to go through any nonsense, just straight forward tournaments.
