In your experience, how much speed does Rillaboom generally run? If it's not max speed, what threats is it typically trained to outspeed?

Also don't be a stubborn retard. Bite the bullet and use exploits because it will save you so so much time. There is literally no difference aside from autism. However only use the exploit if you want to give the Pokemon a solid 252 in a stat while under Pokerus and holding a Power Item. Vitamins are much better for precision. Just round to the nearest 10 with Vitamins and do the rest by EV training normally and make sure to keep track of EVs gained.
