>>46174807Personally I just think Pokemon needs a better 3D art direction. Gen 6 is rough but it still feels very Pokemon artistically, and LGPE feels like a natural step forward for the style used in the older games. The worlds depicted in gen 7 and 8 are just a bit too generic. The character models look decent enough but they're imposed over really boring world design. Especially on routes or the wild area.
