way back in Pearl, when I was chaining Ralts' to find the right nature, I came across something a bit odd. I came across a level 6 (now level 10, I believe, I think I was about to train it, but then was like "wait, then nobody would believe me") Kirlia. It reminded me of when Team Rocket members would have evolved Pokemon before the actual evolution level.
I was wondering if someone could issue an explanation or something. Did I just get super lucky?
