EV's: 252 HP, 200 Def. and the rest for either Sp. Atk or Sp. Def, that's where I have a little trouble deciding. For it's moves I plan on:
-Sludge Wave
-Dragon Pulse
-Thunderbolt
-Scald or Focus Blast
( If I invest on sp. atk would you think an Assault Vest would be the best thing to equip)

I have X version so I cant possibly get a female Skrelp in a Premier ball myself... I have other Skrelp but my autism requires me too breed them in Premier Balls...also I would need a Modest one so I would give whoever is willing a Modest Synchronize Ralts to use (and keep if they want) for the people that do not know Synchronize means wild Pokemon have a 50% chance to have the same nature if the Pokemon with Synchronize is first in the party

I would give whoever is willing to catch me a modest female Skrelp in a Premier ball, any number of my 5IV Pokes.

I could also offer some of my natural found friend safari shinys ;-;
I haven't gotten to keep an egg yet that I matched so that's all I have sorry.
