If you do this Bellyzard might see a resurgence in use.
A +6 Mach Punch from Charizard will OHKO a ton of shit that normally checks it and since its a priority move he would be more difficult to revenge kill
And a +6 Flare Blitz under the sun will even one shot Toxapex and with roost recovery you might be able to give him some longevity (Probably not though) alternatively Fire Punch would still 2HKO Toxapex with the sun up but will also OHKO if Charizard is using Choice band
Heatran gets 2HKO by Mach Punch OHKO with Choice Band, Tyranitar gets OHKOed
Hell even Greninja would have issue since it would only guarantee 43% damage with Water Shuriken with the sun up meaning it would be a coin toss for revenge kill.
Basically giving Charizard a fighting type priority move and the ability to not loose half its HP on switch in helps a fuck ton especially with drought
