He held on by a thread. Cobalt stepped up in the clutch. Switched in on confusion and took out psyduck with a critical bite.
All in all Cerulean did not hurt as badly as I expected but I left the upper area after nugget bridge and need to go back up there for a pokemon and to say hello to Bill. Poor little Bismuth ended up just being a sacrifice to Seadra to get Beryll out of confusion though.
