The entire point of the cut is to get us to all pay for Pokemon Home so that Nintendo can hold our favorites hostage during gens that they aren't in the games. Nothing more, nothing less. They SAY it was to upgrade the graphics and add features but so far the graphics are fucking garbage compared to other Switch games, the features added are no different than shit we already had (curry is just poffin 2.0 and camping is just refresh but you can walk around wow so amazing), and the story is presumably the same length as normal. If you believe them at face value you are fucking lying to yourself.
