Here is what actually happens:
>after the 31 combo, the enhanced odds will ONLY apply to the very next spawn>same spice or not, it does not matter>after that, every single spawn is full odds>sitting down while shoving your thumb up your ass won't change anything>what you supposed to do after all: keep on building up your combo in a desperate hope to line up the next spawn to be a shiny with the one-time enhanced improved odds>on the bright side: you won't run out of money because you can mass genocide whatever you caught to sell their remains + the catch rate will improve dramatically starting from chain 60 onwards
