COD has been around for about 15 years now, let's see what they have done since:
>world war 2>contemporary setting>world war 3>cold war>future warfare where a rich man uses charisma, influence and money to rise up against the whole world and avenge his sister>post apocalyptic game where US gets a kick in the ass and gets fucked by spics for 15 years>3 flavor of futuristic content, one which is slightly more realistic and uses technology we more or less already have while also tackling the morality of private military corporations and overthrowing the corrupt government, a ghost in the shell like universe where people are cutting their arms off, plugging their brains into the internet and machines are going out of control, and a straight forward sci fi universe with space travel and interplantary warfare>A zombies horde mode with enough depth and lore that it could easily be it's own IP>Extinction mode that combines single player campaign missions with coop and the horde mode nature of the zombies mode, with some very cool alien designs and a plot twist you might not see coming>survival mode that just pits you against ai enemies on standard pvp maps, but is addicting never the less to the point where people are upset it's not available to non ps4 playersoh, and you know, just a tiny little tidbit I forgot about
>having THE MOST SUCCESSFUL AND ADDICTING MULTIPLAYER THAT LITERALLY SINGLE HANDELY SHAPED THE MODERN DAY MULTIPLAYER GAMES AND DETHRONED HALO AS THE KING OF ONLINE SHOOTERSyou know, nothing big, nothing as big as what pokemon has ever done
