A few minutes ago I was fishing at Route 21 for a Dragonair. Finally found one and had weakend it when it just disappeared as if it fled. I thought it was weird but then thought maybe I fainted it without noticing. Got another one and then went on to the woods.
Queue a Jigglypuff appearing. I start battling and it just DISAPPEARS. A little black flash and it's gone. No text or anything. Then a Noctowl. Then one of those tree things.
What is happening? Is this scripted? I can't grind or catch any Pokémon. I am just in the winding woods, looking for the 8th gym leader
