No. That's not actually why at all. In fact, Orzo has actually stated that he dislikes all the Vyro spamming. Is he a bit of an idiot? Yes, but that's his character. He's supposed to be a goofy idiot, to provide a bit of comic relief to the story, and create surprise and shock when he actually does something really evil. He's not in the story because the fans like him, he's in the story because Orzo likes him, and he acts as a good foil to the story as a whole
