Gyarados works fine, as does Arcanine. Their higher stats pull Lopunny up, and Intimidate(or Moxie) is great.
Cloyster makes for a pretty good partner too.
Lopunny/Rhyperior is good statwise, but has no fusion sprite, while Rhyperior/Lopunny is pretty bad but has a sprite. I guess you could just swap sprite? Type is pretty shit though.
Machamp works decently.
Purely statwise, Haxorus works nicely, but neither fusion has a sprite. Same for Kingler.
Guts Flareon/Lopunny is okay.

I'd say Magmortar/Lopunny and Reuniclus/Lopunny are too.
Gengar/Lopunny is pretty sweet.
