Essentially, HG2/SS2, with Mega's, PWT, updated Gyms/New Gym Leaders, and a Sinnoh Post-Game instead of Kanto.
Figured it's be cool, but we wouldn't get anything close to this until Hoenn and Kanto have at least made another appearance, sadly.
