Let's say that, hypothetically, I wanted to hack into a Japanese company myself. Just like Game Freak it's on the gaming industry and just like Game Freak they're small-sized (less than 150 employees) and just like Game Freak they're very old-fashioned in the way they make games.
What would I need to do? Who I should target to perform a phising attack? How do I break into their systems? And how I do copy their stuff without getting caught immediately? (if they caught me after the fact I don't have much issue because they're are a small company and I live on the other side of the world, they won't be chasing me down)
