>>33171946Since it was an artiodactyl and belongs to a clade closely grouping with pigs, hippos, and whales, I actually see no reason why it wouldn't appear more pig-like. Odds are most depictions are still outdated and based on pop culture (BBC's Walking With Beasts series portrayed it as more wolf-like, and that's the image that gets circulated around the most). Pic related is much more likely.
