Okay, I can buy there being a path for the boat to travel underneath Cycling Road because, quite obviously, that route is a hill so it stands to reason the top end is tall enough to fit the S.S. Anne underneath it. But then what? Both the routes to Cinnabar and Seafoam islands are surrounded by rocks, making it the most treacherous path possible for any sailing vessel.
Help me out, this is driving me fucking barmy.
