I doubt that's the split anymore, honestly. From my personal experience, kids don't give a fuck about pokemon anymore. At least Digimon publicly recognizes it's core demographic started as kid and are now adults, Pokemon needs to swallow the pill. I could be wrong but I would love to see some numbers.
