So my proposal has been for Onix:
75 HP
65 ATK
160 DEF
55 SPA
65 SPD
90 SPE
It doesn't make Onix into a new powerhouse or anything, but its hella better than what we have now. Builds on Onix's original surprising speed and with a few new moves (like Glare and Coil) you can make a few fun sets.
