Now you see that there 130 base att? Well given Guts STAB Facade (the most powerful in the game) you've got yourself the physical equivelent of SPECS LATIOS DRACO METEOR and the speed makes it very good in trick room.
What's more is that Ursaring gets access to Close Combat and Crunch (as well as Fire Punch if you wanty total offense but will definitely require a yawn user with TR such as Slowbro to safely come in).
