I run one and do well, but I don't use OR expect it to decimate teams all by itself. In terms of against Smaugberd, just about any rock type will do. Hell, I run Tyrantrum and Mega Manectric on the same team and they just so happen to fuck it sideways. But then again it really is all up to who's got what on each team, yadda yadda.
