Imagine the white weeb girl in school who called things Kawaii and said "ITADAKIMAAAS" before eating.
That's half of this games dialogue when they drop slang. When you don't include slang I can just pretend they're speaking in generic TV american accent and it makes sense. Then I see some slang i haven heard in half a decade like 'gutted' or 'pants' (granted its because we actually speak in fucks and shits) and it seems like the character is being written by somebody else for one sentence.
