What I'm wondering is how the hell is ash going to beat kukui at the league assuming he's not this regions roadblock to winning the league. Kukui is easily elite 4 tier since he was able to go toe to toe with Kanto's elite 4. In its current state torracat can barely even scratch his incineroar and it's not even fighting seriously. Incineroar could probably sweep Ash's team with maybe only lycanroc giving it a bit of trouble.
