Right now, Electivire is probably the weakest link on my team, I thought he would make an excellent companion for Gyarados, but he isn't really pulling his weight at all. I would definitely be interested in a good solid replacement for him.
Oh, and please refrain from recommending legendaries, I don't like using them.
