Ever since i started the game, my favorite from each gen has always been at the very least, very underwhelming to use in battle.
Arcanine, Sentret, Kecleon, Drifblim, Golurk...
Thank God for Greninja. He was genuinely the first time in over 15 years of playing the games that my Gen bro kicked ass competitively. And the fact that Arcanine also became VERY GOOD this gen is nothing short of a miracle. I can now build a team with most of my bros that can not die instantly, at least. Let's hope something similar happens to you in the future.
