Moving on from a rough Roark fight, we move towards the Valley Windworks, and that fight went... actually pretty easily. Onix kills the Zubat and paralyzes the Purugly allowing Marci the Machop to beat the living shit out of it.
Unfortunately, Adishesha was not long for this world as I did not know that the Abra in Eterna Forest would come packing Energy Ball. Whoops. Sorry girl, I was looking forward to Steelix.
Moving into Eterna City proper, we added new teammate Benny the Chingling, a Pokemon I've always liked but never really knew why, so we'll keep him around. Gardenia was pretty easy until her Grass Knot CRIT ON MUSTANG AND DROPPED IT TO 1 HP. As if that was close enough, once we got into the Galactic Building, Jupiter's Stunktank ALSO brought Big Boi to 1 HP (oh god oh fuck how did I forget about Aftermath). Luckily, only one death due to my incompetence this leg, so moving forward!
