How much you include is really up to you. This is my list, and I include most of the relevant information, but comparatively not that many Pokémon. If you look at Kia's, for example, you see only balls, but there is a lot more Pokémon. Other people (Ramsey, Kirzi) have google docs with great deals of detail, even if their accompanying images are lacking in detail entirely.
