The number of animals that have claws and fangs (no herbivores) and long necks and tails (no birds, very narrow long body shape) is incredibly limited anyway. Now if I design a pokemon based on an umbrella, a flower, a pencil, a knife or yeah a goddamn palm tree and give it claws, fangs and a tail does it look like a dragon to you?
