I once designed this flag for the Hoenn region, taking inspiration from the Japanese prefecture flags. The design is a stylized letter "H" for Hoenn. Theres also the obvious pokeball motif because pokemon. The yinyang thing i for the land water balance theme that the region has, and it kind of looks like the map of Hoenn. The colours are from Rayquaza, the main legendary of the region.
