>>49932823So tech cards are basically cards that are very situational and you would only use if you're seeing a lot of a certain deck. For instance if you're seeing a lot of jolteon or inteleon decks, you'd "tech" the new brilliant star manaphy to protect your bench. As for big charm it's just a pokemon tool that would bump mew vmax up to 340 HP essentially cockblocking the new mightyena that hits for 320HP. They could (and probably would) run Choice belt that would allow them to do 30HP more aginst V/VMAX Pokemon but it's just one more card they'd need to have in hand to counter a mew vmax ripping through their pokemon.
tldr: I can't forsee mew being unseated until either it goes out of rotation or we see some absolutely insane power creep.
