I liked playing most Pokemon games. All of them had very good parts and very good Pokemon (with the exceptions of Wobbuffet, Maushold, Cinderace, Milcery, Dachsbun, and Zamazenta).
Pokemon games that have the dex cut problem automatically were moved down a tier. In a hupothetical world where they did not have the dex cut, they would more than likely be in a higher tier.
