>>57147497you might as well just be using howl as unless your opponent mysteriously lacks water or ground moves (and if they do they're definitely throwing) the defense stat won't be important enough to dedicated a moveset to boost it
weak armor is useless (it already has a great ability in rock head while having two STABs that benefit from its recoil nullification)
and rock polish is just reskinned agility, a move it already gets
why not just give it dragon dance, or if you're feeling spicy, victory dance?
